Digital downloads should be straightforward. Here is what to expect before and after your Etsy purchase.
How do I get my files?
Complete checkout on Etsy, then open your Etsy account in a web browser. Go to Purchases and reviews, find the order and choose Download files. Etsy digital downloads may not appear in the Etsy mobile app.
Which app do I need?
Microsoft Excel (.xlsx) is recommended. Some files may import into Google Sheets, but we have not independently verified full compatibility. No subscription to RentalOpsLab is required for the files.
Can I edit and share the files?
You can edit your assumptions and use the workbooks for your own purposes or internally in your business. Resale and redistribution are not permitted under our included license notes.
Do you automatically sync bookings?
No. You enter records yourself. Our current Excel workbooks do not connect to rental booking engines, GPS systems, payment providers or other live services.
Download and open your workbook
- Open your Etsy purchase on a computer browser.
- Download the purchased ZIP and extract its contents.
- Read the included START HERE instructions before entering business data.
- Open the XLSX workbook in Microsoft Excel.
- Enter your own inputs in the intended editable fields, keeping formulas intact.
